When I’m recommending contractors in the Lake Norman area, prompt customer service is a must. And of course, a combination of experience and expertise is what makes an excellent inspector, electrician, or roofer.
As a realtor here in the great state of North Carolina, my standard for contractors is higher than most. Not only do I rely on them for help with my home, but I need to be able to trust them with my clients’ houses as well. That means I’m looking for consistency and reliability in all areas.
I’m often asked for my master list of trusted contractors, which I’m more than happy to provide. Why do the hard work of vetting people when a friend has already been there and done that? My clients rely on me to help them prepare their homes for the market, and that often means making repairs or upgrades. Like a friend, I want to help however I can—and that’s why I’m going to share the master list with you.
